Hey all, Working on a Dyson DC14 and it has two issues... 1. The nozzle takes about 5 seconds to fully seal against the carpet...is this normal? 2. The brushroll housing seems to move okay in the nozzle base, but it seems a little stiff; any thoughts on this? Thank you so much! Larry

Titan is a nice vacuum... Titan vacuums are Steel City Vacuums (From the Pittsburgh area) exclusive product line. I have used one previously....seems like a nice product.

I work on most other brands...lol... I appreciate the advice, but this is for a friend of mine, so I want to do what I can for her. I work on almost all other brands, but this one takes the cake on pain in the butt machines!!!!

Hey all, I'm trying to work on a Kenmore Elite Upright Vacuum Cleaner and can't get the hood off. I took out every screw I can find, but can't seem to get the hood off. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated! Sincerely, Larry
