I am wanting to sell this hoover guardsman vacuum that I got the other day, Pictures are of the machine I am just not sure how much to sell it for on ebay. Can anybody help? I am donating the money from this to a local animal shelter so I kind of don't want to get screwed on the selling price...

Thanks for the help. Is there a date stamp on these? Would anybody have any idea on what I should ask for the machine as is. It looks to be in good shape, runs well but probably could use a new brush roll. It has a metal one now.

I recently got this machine in on a trade in. The lady said it was her mothers and traded it to us. I have never seen one like this, I have seen old convertibles but nothing in polished aluminum. The model says 4125 under the base. I was wondering if it rare or just a vac shop special sale item...
