As others said...rebadged JetFlow. I have a Panasonic in the same colour combo as that Riccar you got. LOVE it! Really attractive and they work great, too.

Sam~Vorwerk are not Italian.... German manufacture, rather. Vorwerk have been around for decades, since at least the 1930s I believe.

I noticed there only seem to be a few die-hard Vorwerk folks up here. I'm getting ready to sell mine, and am curious if any Stateside vac fans have any interest? I neither buy nor sell on ebay, so this is going to be the only place it appears when the time comes!

In my quest for OEM hose for one of my Constellations, I came across this Dial A Matic with hose for sale. Is the aluminum bent end (for wand attachments) identical to what would have been on the Constellation? I'm presuming so. My thought was that I could buy this machine and adapt the hose...

Partial hose find! Today I picked up a Constellation 454, with its original off-white elbow connector (and non-original clear hose). Stripped all the ugly aftermarket stuff off and reconfigured with a new, closer-to-original style hose. It's still going to need an aluminum angled tube and...

I've hunted around in archives up here even, and still cannot figure out how to determine a date of MFG. on a Constellation. I picked up a Constellation 454 today, and I'm *fairly* certain it is 1966 model year, however it has a very short serial number (4 digits), and my 1958 model 86 has 3-4...
