I just bought this from ebay.
Does anyone have one of these, so i can see where the power nozzle goes?
also i broke the power nozzle head. It seems to be cast iron. Is there a glue or a way to attach it back?

just take a bag and cut it open. you will see that there are differences in the inner material of the bag.
or better yet try tearing the bag perpendicular to it's length.
the point of the cyclonic action is to maximize the amount of the dirt in a bag without losing so...
the ends on mine is not painted either. the picture i posted was from ebay.
i was hoping that it wouldn't be an electrolux rebuilt or lowline. not a metropolitan or any other bojack outfit.
i was hoping that since the skin is exactly like the LX, a bojacker would not use the same skin.

i do not have pets but i do not think pet hair will stop the airflow of the vacuum. this is caused when there are some fine powder[deodorizer powders] clogs the bag.
use deodorizers that are chip formatted rather than powder. electrolux vacuums have cyclonic air movements inside...
i have one with brown leatherette actually more like 5 or 6. there is a lot of them around. i agree that it is probably a rebuilt machine or it was produced as lowline machine when LX was being made.

is this a rebuilt Electrolux?
or is it made as a low price alternative to LX?
i want to mention that there is no rebuilt tag present, and skin is exactly like the LX.
I just came across an electrolux model xii on ebay, but it is blue. i have seen it a couple of times and i even have bought one that is not in great shape.
