What are your dream machines yet to be found?
Im not sure I have a "dream machine". Someday, I would like to own a German built Miele. But it is going to have to be a huge steal! Also, a Kirby Model 505.
What is the history of vacuum you have owned?
I have owned a variety of vacuum cleaners over the years. The first vacuum I ever owned was an Electrolux Model L (brown) with the PN1. I bought it for $5 at a garage sale when I was just out of college. Ive owned a Hoover Elite (not good), a Kenmore Progressive upright (would have been good if Id taken care of it), and an Electrolux Oxygen canister(worst vacuum I ever owned!). I got tired of buying junk so I bought a Kirby Diamond G a few years ago. It is a superb vacuum cleaner, especially with the new style brush roll.
Have you ever worked on, repaired and/or restored any vacuum cleaners?
Ive restored a handful of Kirby vacuum cleaners beginning with the Model 4C to the Legend II.
