Eureka F&G uprights from the 70s/80s and many Hoover Convertibles. With the exception of a few NIB models, I make an effort to use all of my vacuums. I’m not interested in canisters, Kirbys or bagless.
What are your earliest and favorite vacuum memories?
Going to the vacuum store with my dad back in 1987. He let me choose the vacuum he was getting. I chose a pretty blue Hoover Convertible U4423. I still have it in my collection to this day. Other memories range from being scared of my grandmas Kirby Classic Omega, my aunt’s Eureka 1428 upright and other various Hoover Convertibles and Eureka uprights.

Numerous Hoover Convertibles and Eureka uprights.
Have you ever worked on, repaired and/or restored any vacuum cleaners?
Sort of. I don’t have the patience or time but I appreciate seeing all of the restorations from other collectors.
