What are your dream machines yet to be found?
I really want to own any older new in box dyson. I especially love the de stijl dysons like the dc04 destijl. I also dream to own a new in box vintage numatic one day or a Miele U1 Dynamic
What are your earliest and favorite vacuum memories?
I have loved vacuums since i was very little. I remember always asking peoples houses i went to if i could play with their vacuums. I remember playing with a blue and purple dc08 and my nanna and grandads dc05. I also used to own a big toy vacuum collection when i was little.
What is the history of vacuum you have owned?
Only very recently i have began collecting. I do not have the room to be collecting since i live in my parents house. They have allowed me to have a few. This year i have purchased a dc07 and a dc41 mk2. I have had the 1992 from a very young age which my dad rescued for me from the tip a long time ago.
Have you ever worked on, repaired and/or restored any vacuum cleaners?
Yes. I have done a full strip down of a dc07 low reach changing the motor, clutch, filter etc. I have also cleaned up my dc41. I do not have much more experience than that reparing vacuum cleaners and so i used Beko1987s videos to help guide me through it.
