What are your earliest and favorite vacuum memories?
My grandparents' 1939 Electrolux vacuum, tank-style in grays, on chromed runners
What is the history of vacuum you have owned?
My father, an electrician, thought Electrolux vacuums were state-of-the-art in 1960s, and took family to State Fair just to purchase one directly from a distributor to save on costs + get larger choice of accessories. I own the first one he bought for our family. My brother has our grandparents' Electrolux from 1939, and my sister has another from 1971. All still work well!
Have you ever worked on, repaired and/or restored any vacuum cleaners?
I do my own maintenance on my Electrolux and my Rainbow for what little attention they need.
