I have a Hoover model from the 1920's, don't know which one, a model 150 that I just scored! Two Hoover 29's, three from the early 40's and I would have to look to see what they are but they are cool, and five different colored Hoover Convertable's. I have two electrolux model G's...one just went on the blink, another electolux earlier than the G and then one on skates. I also have a 1973 Kirby Omega with the swedish massage unit. I really don't know why I just love old vacuum cleaners
What are your dream machines yet to be found?
Well, prior to yesterday it was the Hoover model 150. Now I would say the model 160.
What are your earliest and favorite vacuum memories?
My grandmother's Hoover model 29, navy blue it started it ALL. I have been into them since I was a two or three year old. I turn 50 this year.
What is the history of vacuum you have owned?
Luck finds are what started my collection and E bay has been wonderful. The model 150 I found in a basement a couple days ago...almost fell over! Well I did fall over.
