2010 Hoover Carpet Cleaner. Disposed of at dump because it was well-worn and disgusting.
2000’s Black and Decker DustBuster. Disposed of. Not sure why as I was very young at the time.
2005 Hoover FloorMate. Disposed of after upgrade.
2007 Eureka Optima. Disposed of at dump because the motor burned out.
2011 Hoover SH40060. Donated as it was no longer needed.
2008 and 2011 Shark Pet Perfect Hand Vacuums. Both had batteries fail and were disposed of.
Old junky Bissell fabric scrubber of some sort. Disposed of. I was very little at the time, all I remember was it was in the basement of my old house in CT for a while, and then one day my dad stuffed it into the trash. I remember him saying it was junk and never worked right, or something along those lines.
Have you ever worked on, repaired and/or restored any vacuum cleaners?
Pretty much anything on the “Current” list I’ve changed belts, hoses, and filters on where applicable and needed. No true restorations but definitely some tear-downs and very through cleaning.
