I just came on here because I wanted to somehow decode the serial number on my Grandma's 60s Filter Queen.
What is the history of vacuum you have owned?
My Grandma says this vacuum was sold to her between 1963 and 1965, and most likely by a door to door salesman. This filter queen was built in Toronto Ontario, so It is the Canadian division.
Have you ever worked on, repaired and/or restored any vacuum cleaners?
No, this is the only vacuum and I have big restoration plans in order for this vacuum.
