    Unique Columbus polisher

Just a thought Gareth Concord was the in-house name for appliances sold by Dion's. Could this machine be a B30 with plastic shroud?

    columbus vacuum cleaner

Columbus That is a Columbus B12 polisher with vacuum attachment. The B11 version did not have the clips to remove the brush base. I am still using my mom's 1958 B12 to polish my Stinkwood dining-room table. They did not buy the vacuum attachment at the time as the polisher alone cost 48 Pounds.
