Thanks for the input and insight folks! This vac won't see regular use in the riverside camp but it will live there. I don't think my folks have even set foot in the camp in over a year. I will make sure they save the box too.

to my untrained eye, thoe box graphics appears to be late 60's or early 1970's?

Picture of the box. Lightest vacuum of its day!? So what model is it and what years? I'd love to be able to tell my step mom.

L R or S? LOL! You guys are confusing me LOL! >;-) It shines up nicely with a wash and wax. I'm giving it to my step mom who has been using the same G model since new. This one will live and work in their camp by the river.

Hi folks, I recently picked up this vacuum and was hoping to learn more about it. It even has the original box. It says the model is "Special" but I don't find anything about that model on the internet. THANKS!
