I think this is a Kirby 2C but I'm not sure. I am open to correction. I have a problem with my Kirby where the motor bogs down but runs and has a bit of an burnt odor to it. I want to get into the motor but do not know how to do that. Can anyone help me with this item ?

Kirby2c I have one that looks like this that you have. I guessed on the Model I have as I could not find any label that was still on the unit. It ran great after I went through it and checked it all out, then the motor started to bog down and I could smell some burnt odor so I shut it down...
