    Information on this GE vacuum?

GE canister vacuum I have a vacuum similar to this on eBay now. It may have had a rolling base originally. Mine has a model number, but it's hard to see. I had to remove the rolling base (clips) and the number was on the bottom. It is not a label, but is stamped into the metal before being...

My GE V11 C3 canister vacuum

1955 GE Canister V11C3 I am king of procrastination and still have this vacuum posted at top of thread. Anyone interested? I am in the St. Louis Mo area. I really don't think it will pay to ship it far due to it's weight (about 22lbs plus accessories). Let me know of any interest.

I have too much stuff and too many hobbies. Thinking off selling this baby, even though it was my grandmother's. I use it fairly often for my basement office, and had a new hose put on it by AAA Vacuum in St. Louis. Even though it rolls, The Wife said it's too heavy to use regularly and (like...

I actually own this one this time, I promise (Heritage/Legend II)

My two cents: As Tase stated, if I'm not sure how to wash something that's cloth, I just use Woolite and gently handwash. Then just hang it out to air dry.
