Hi Everyone, I have an Electrolux Diplomat Canister Vacuum Model 1677 Suction at the floor head maybe called the power head is low but the brush spins well. When I detach at the hose suction seems strong. Any ideas? Is there a disassembly manual someone can refer me to? Thanks
