I have removed the vacuum end, small bar held in place with 2 screws, flat retaining ring, bearing cover and bearings. I don’t see an apparent way to go any further. The cord needs to be replaced and the rewinder spring isn’t working. Is it time to take to someone who knows how to repair it?
