Maybe try a little pre-treatment next time and see if it does better. Some times you have to soften up those tough stains a bit first. :)

I agree Kevin...you actually have to use the thing regularly and do a decently thorough job. I just don't think you get the same performance from today's plastic disposable vacuums. You could probably vacuum the same spot for hours and not pull up that deep down dirt.
